New strategy for communication between plot holders
Cambridge Central Council of Allotment Societies has negotiated an improved method of communication for plot holders at allotment sites directly managed by the City Council.
During a meeting with John Roebuck of the Leisure Services Department on 28th June 1999, it was agreed that a noticeboard would be erected at Empty Common allotments so that news could be posted for all to read.
It was also agreed that when rent demands are sent out to plot holders in April each year, information supplied by Cambridge Central Council of Allotment Societies for plot holders would be enclosed in the same envelope.
