Cambridge Allotments 2000
This is our promotion campaign for the City's allotments! You may already have seen us at the Farmers Market, and now we're planning more activities. Do read on if you want to get involved.

In
December 1999 we heard some great news. Our campaign
is to be funded by the City Council's Sustainable City Grants Programme. Here's the conditions of our grant and the application outlining roughly how the money is to be spent. The promotion campaign has seen many pieces of local press coverage, over 50 allotment enquiries and an exciting competition. We're still working on a booklet, leaflets, new site noticeboards, and the Best Allotment Competition. Latest news (October 2000): The campaign might even result in a new role being created to further promote the city's allotments
